Wharton Real Estate Club Trek touring projects by EDENS, Clark Construction, Rockefeller Group, and MRP Realty. Projects include Union Market, 555 Pennsylvania Ave., 1901 L Street, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, and The LINE Hotel. Asset visits will be followed by a Happy Hour at The LINE Hotel, co-hosted with the Wharton Travel & Hospitality Club.

10:30 AM: Tour of Union Market and Q&A with EDENS
11:30 AM: Transit to 1901 L Street (20 Minute Drive)
12:00 PM: Lunch at Rockefeller and tour of 1901 L Street
1:00 PM: Transit to 555 Pennsylvania Ave (20 Minute Drive)
1:30 PM: Clark construction Presentation and Tour of 555 Pennsylvania Ave.
2:45 PM: Transit to 2000 Pennsylvania Ave. (15 Minute Drive)
3:00 PM MRP tour of 2000 Pennsylvania Ave.
