The Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Club is pleased to formally announce our 22nd Annual Wharton MBA Buyout Case Competition. The competition is the premier, global MBA buyout competition, which brings together teams from the leading business schools worldwide to evaluate and provide an investment recommendation on a proposed private equity transaction.

The competition provides teams with an opportunity to simulate a private equity professional's work in deal evaluation, network with judges that are senior private equity industry professionals, and participate in the opportunity for large cash prizes and media exposure.
