Grab tongs and term sheets for an intimate, 8-person Korean-BBQ feast cooked by classmates. Over sizzling bulgogi we’ll swap war-stories on tech buyout deals -- valuation quirks, diligence tools, and post-close playbooks -- guided by two “anchor” peers fresh from mega-fund and middle-market tech platforms. Come hungry for gochujang and insights; leave with new buy-side friends (and maybe a smokey jacket). Attendee food costs will be subsidized at $10 per person.
