We are pleased to welcome A&M to join us in our first ever training session on financial due diligence! This training will introduce the financial due diligence process and run through the most important elements for a PE process. Topics covered will include the varying scopes of financial due diligence used in deal processes, pro forma adjustments to EBITDA for different audiences, and net working capital adjustments.
