Wall Street Prep will be hosting a VC training seminar on Friday, February 7th. The session will cover topics including the VC industry, P&L modeling, valuation (ie. comps, DCF), term sheets, cap tables, and waterfall flow of funds. This session will be taught by Rob Monaco, a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets. This is a great opportunity for students interested in VC recruiting to gain a more in-depth understanding of VC technicals.
