Mission
Out for Business is Wharton's Graduate Division lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer professional and social club providing a network for MBA and PhD students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and fun community at Wharton for LGBTQ+ people and allies.

Membership Benefits
Through a wide range of social, leadership, and learning events, we build a tight-knit community among LGBTQ people and straight allies. We also partner with the career management office, employers, and alumni to support the development and success of our members at Wharton and beyond. Lastly, and importantly, we throw the biggest and the best parties of the year, including White Party, Rainbow Pub, and Vogue Ball.
