[Workshop] Mindfulness in the Outdoors

Mindfulness is how we bring those moments back into focus, creating a bridge between the wild beauty around us and within us.
We are excited to invite Neha Jain (WG25) who is a certified yoga & tapping therapy instructor to teach a 90-minute mindfulness workshop designed to help you recharge and truly experience nature again. You’ll sample a buffet of practices inspired by Thai Buddhist traditions, Chinese energy medicine, ancient Indian techniques, and modern psychology - all tailored for the outdoors.
Then, you’ll take your favorite technique on a silent nature walk, where you’ll practice being fully present in motion. We’ll wrap up with a group debrief, reflection, and intention-setting so you leave grounded, clear, and ready to bring mindfulness into your next adventure.
Bring a yoga mat / blanket if desired.
