Join Outdoors Club on a guided tour of Indian Orchards Farm, a sustainable produce farm with over 108 years of history in Media, PA (less than 30 minutes from Philadelphia!). In our 3 hours together as a group, we will learn from the farm staff about operating a sustainable, pesticide-free produce farm and get to see their fruit and vegetable growing operations and their honey bee hives. We'll get a chance to see and enjoy in-season produce like apples and pumpkins, take a hay ride through the farm, and you'll get a chance to pick up to 1 lb of apples to take home with you!

This is a great opportunity to learn more about sustainable growing, get out in the outdoors, and enjoy the fall season with seasonal produce and activities. Spaces are limited, sign up now!

Included on this trek:
  • Guided tour of Indian Orchards Farms from farm staff.
  • Dedicated area on the farm for us to relax and enjoy snacks from the farm stand, including fresh produce, apple cider, and apple cider donuts (1 included per person).
  • Hay ride!
  • Plus, each participant gets to hand-pick 1 lb of apples to take home :)
  • $20 subsidy per person for travel to / from farm via Uber (we will coordinate once signups are finalized)
Dress Casual (jeans ok)
Food Provided (1 lb of apples + 1 apple cider donut comes with your registration!)
