How can we use the skills of mindfulness to assist us in facing all the opportunities and challenges that life at Penn offers? Through discussion, experiential exercises, and guided meditation, this workshop will allow us to become more conscious of how we spend the hours in our day, and how we might become more aware of the choices that we make. Led by Sandi Herman, MS, Health and Wellness Educator.
