Leadership Workshops are a set of free experiential learning opportunities. Workshops are targeted towards specific leadership development competencies and range from a half to a full day experience.

This program explores the ways in which leaders, colleagues and teams can create healthy conflict and mitigate destructive conflict. When unhealthy conflict is allowed to fester, morale suffers, which leads to decreased productivity and high turnover. Managing conflict in the workplace is one of the biggest challenges teams face. While it’s completely natural to want to avoid conflict, that tactic doesn’t work long-term. The only result is discord and distrust that simmers on the back burner until one day it boils over, or worse, the pot dries out and has to be thrown away.
