Details

A join event from Wharton Japan Club and Wharton Food Club featuring a great Chef Preston Landers! This pop up is the culmination of nearly two years of Preston studying ramen. After hosting countless dinners in his apartment and interning at a ramen restaurant in Copenhagen, it's time for a pop-up!

The ramen is a pistachio clam shio which features:
- A light-bodied combination of clam / mussel broth, chicken stock, and a dashi of applewood smoked fish
- Homemade pistachio flour noodles and pistachio shio tare (sauce)
- Your choice of pork neck chashu (recommended) or chicken chashu
- Porchini and garlic infused duck fat, ajitsuke tamago, basil, and spring onions

The meal will be served with drinks from the Japan Club. We can accommodate those who don't eat pork but cannot accommodate shellfish or pistachio allergies.

Ticket will be sold for $13 at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 3/15. Separate tickets will be sold for each hour of the 6-10PM pop-up. And you can buy two tickets!
