Steven Wagshal - Chief Operating Officer
Steven is the Chief Operating Officer at Samlyn Capital. Prior to joining Samlyn, Steven was an Investment Professional in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs from 2002 to 2006. Steven was the head of the U.S. Equities Merchandising Group and also a member of the U.S. Stock Selection Committee at Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2002. Steven was the Director of Private Client Sales Equity Research Marketing at Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, Steven was in the U.S. Equities Merchandising Group at Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 1998. Steven was in Institutional Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs from 1994 to 1996. Steven received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Wagshal is on the Penn Graduate School o f Education Advisory Board, formerly the Co-Chair of the Penn Fund, former Board Member and Head of the Investment Committee at The Mercersburg Academy. Mr. Wagshal is also a proud parent of a Penn Freshman.

Bruce S. Darringer is a seasoned financial services executive and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience building and scaling investment management businesses.
Bruce spent over two decades at King Street Capital Management, where he served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he led the firm’s transformation from a 13-person hedge fund to a global investment platform with over 250 professionals across eight offices, $25+ billion in AUM and a best-in-class institutional infrastructure. He played a central role in firm governance, risk management, financial management, product and business development, and firmwide strategy, overseeing initiatives across private credit, real estate, CLOs, and more than 20 fund launches.
Earlier in his career, Bruce worked for Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and anti-raid and financing transactions. Bruce began his career as a corporate attorney for Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he specialized in high yield underwriting, derivatives and other corporate finance transactions. He was also a co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a global relative value quantitative hedge fund, Integrity Capital Management, where he was responsible for all operational, legal, regulatory, tax and accounting aspects of the business, as well as investor relations.
Bruce earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (with a dual-degree B.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences). He currently serves on the Penn Nursing Board of Advisors. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons and enjoys yoga, tennis, skiing, and has an avid interest in health and wellness
