Hear from Sarah Graf, Director of the CVS Health Design Lab which is an internal innovation engine that takes a patient-centered approach to designing solutions for CVS Health's retail pharmacies and health service offerings. Sarah has worked on initiatives ranging from impacting SDOH drivers of patients to the vaccine roll-out across its pharmacies.
