Please sign up if you can arrange the following:

REQUIRED ingredients - whole Milk , white Vinegar / Lemons (2), Spinach, onion, tomato, turmeric, cumin seeds or powder, salt, garlic, oil

OPTIONAL ingredients - chilli ( red chilli powder and/or green chillis), ginger paste, garam masala, ice, whole cream

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT - a fine seive for the paneer, 1 flat base pan, 1 pan with lid, a smoothy maker or grinder to puree the spinach
