Emma (VP of Alumni Relations) is from Wellesley, MA and attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME for her undergraduate degree where she studied Government and Legal Studies and Spanish. After Bowdoin, Emma moved to NYC where she worked in management consulting for 3.5 years at Oliver Wyman in their Financial Services practice. Emma's interests include: fintech, the educational nonprofit space, reading, photography, and playing racquet sports (i.e., pickleball and squash).

Originally from the Philadelphia area (Chester County). Prior to attending Wharton, worked as a Consultant for McKinsey in the Philadelphia office with a focus on helping drive value creation for PE Portfolio companies. Attended Dartmouth for undergrad with a double major in Economics and History. Interested in Rowing, Hiking, Future Mobility, Supply Chain Operations, Philadelphia Sports, Youth Mentorship. When exploring, he had to be rescued by Park Rangers in Arches National Park after accidentally veering off a trail. Ask him about that experience!

Chris is excited to join the General Management Club Board as the VP of Talent Development. Prior to Wharton, Chris worked at Bain & Co. in Chicago where he worked primarily on strategy projects in the industrials space across oil and gas, logistics, and manufacturing. Chris enjoys reading historical non-fiction, sailing, and hanging out with friends in his free time. Fun fact: Chris has a twin brother!

Sean Lerner is a 1st Year MBA candidate at the Wharton School, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating from Georgetown University in 2020, he started his career as a congressional staffer on Capitol Hill. Sean is an avid fisherman and tragically, a Carolina Panthers fan. He serves as the VP of Social Events for the General Management Club.

Quintin Lassiter is a 1Y MBA student originally from Newport News, VA, majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Strategic Management. Before Wharton, Quintin worked at Toyota Ventures and Deloitte Consulting. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. For fun, Quintin enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and eating at different restaurants in Philly.

 		Jacob Jozefiak MBA Student 2025 President
Jacob graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Leveraging his interest in polymers, he developed innovative identification solutions at Brady Corporation. There, he also championed process improvements that streamlined manufacturing and business operations. Jacob is the President of the General Management Club at Wharton and enjoys exploring his diverse interests through various student clubs, including the Wine and Storytellers Clubs. This summer, he interned at DuPont in the MLDP program and looks forward to sharing his experiences and helping his peers in recruiting.
