Mission
The Management Club is a community of students and alumni who are passionate about business leadership. It is the primary source of management talent at Wharton for leading companies recruiting students interested in long-term executive and management careers that encompass elements of rotational exposures, strategy, P&L responsibility, and leadership. Club members come from and look to move into a range of functions and industries, but we are unified in our goal to find positions that put us on a path to being effective senior managers.

Membership Benefits
We educate Wharton students about the opportunities and benefits of a management career path and support them in their pursuit of management positions. We also maximize the number of opportunities in management available to Wharton students across regions, industries and functions.

Specifically: we offer panel series, speaker series, recruiting events, social events, networking opportunities.
