The New Year celebration is the biggest festival in the Chinese culture, and it is meant to bring people luck and joy for the coming year over feasts, music and fun games! The year 2019 represents the Year of the Pig, which signifies luck, good fortune, wealth, honesty, and general prosperity. Come and celebrate the Chinese Year of the Pig to share the luck and joy with your fellow Wharton family!

When: Jan 31, 6:30pm to 1:00am

Where: Joy Tsin Lau Restaurant, Chinatown - one of the most classic Chinese restaurants in Philadelphia established in 1980s' (Chinatown,1026-1028 Race Street)

What to wear: Dress to impress! Chinese elements, such as Qipao, Tangzhuang, or outfit with red elements highly encouraged!

Price: $38 for members and $48 for non-members; $400 per 10-people table (premium seats closer to stage)

Table Sign-up: We will send out a table sign-up link shortly. Students who purchase an entire table are guaranteed to sit with their honored guests. Those who purchase individual tickets can sign up to sit with friends on a first-come-first-served basis.
