Raclette and Mulled Wine Party

Winter is here. There's nothing to cure the early winter blues like drinking hot mulled wine and scraping melted alpine cheese onto steaming potatoes, accompanied by charcuterie and pickled vegetables. Raclette is a French and Swiss tradition to make winter not just bearable, but the best time of year. This year we are importing a full wheel of Swiss raclette cheese just for the event. There will also be an ugly sweater contest for those inclined to wear their finest!
