WWIB x Founders' Club Host: ProValues Workshop with founder of Sparrey Consulting Group, Andrea Sparrey

ProValues is a tool that empowers you to make better career decisions. Research has shown that decisions rooted in personal values lead to improvements in both satisfaction and success; ProValues is a personalized decision tool that helps you to make these values-aligned decisions, giving you confidence in the choices you make. Most importantly, you can use ProValues anytime you face a career decision. It grows with you. During the workshop, you will use the output of the ProValues tool to discuss the values that are important for you in a group discussion. This will serve as a framework for your career exploration.



For this workshop, we would like to focus on the upcoming internships or new jobs that people will be starting in a few months. We will discuss the ways to utilize the values and make the new job/internships/project more successful for the participant and the whole team. If the current structure or nature of a job or an internship isn't optimizing around key values that have been identified, we challenge the group to focus on how to bridge the gap and what tools to use. We help use the values to identify ways to improve job alignment and fulfillment.

About The Founder:
Andrea loves coaching people. But not just any people. Mostly the people and teams who want to change the game... and the world. In 2008, after an MBA from Chicago Booth and a career at Bain, she launched SCG to coach the people brave enough to ask themselves the toughest of tough questions.
