In addition to meeting with local real estate families, Firstrust is also hosting David Adelman, co-founder of FS Investment, Campus Apartments, and the new minority investor of the Philadelphia 76ers for a fireside chat about his experience building multiple businesses in Philadelphia, his real estate background, and his new undertaking of building a multi-billion-dollar basketball stadium in the Fashion District in Philly! We will also get to hear from Frank Gumienny, Philadelphia Eagles CFO (Chief Financial Officer), about how the Eagles operationalize their Football stadium with games, events, concerts, and more. To cap off the evening, there will be a tour of the stadium including a visit to the locker room and the field.
