More about Nina:
Nina is the founder of Kite Beauty, makeup designed for busy lifestyles and tiny purses. Prior to starting Kite, she was in consulting & finance, and has a MBA from Wharton and BA in Economics from Cornell. She also founded the Wharton Beauty Club in 2020! Her constant, on-the-go, busy lifestyle inspired her to start Kite Beauty. She found herself constantly on the move, from the gym to the office, to dinner, to going out, all without stopping home. Carrying that 5-pound makeup bag everywhere eventually gave her back issues (which the chiropractor is still trying to sort out), not to mention, some serious stress from those "oh $#!t" moments when she really needed a touch-up, but forgot to bring my makeup bag. Kite sprung from her own acute need for a more convenient solution, and the firm belief that we should all be able to look and feel our best, 100% of the time, with 0% of the hassle. Kite launched in May 2022 after 3 years of development, and is vegan, cruelty-free, female & minority-founded, made in the USA, and based in NYC.

More about Neha:
Neha Tandon is the Senior Commerce Editor at Women's Health—she's an expert in discovering the best products and brands in the beauty, style, health, wellness, and travel spaces. Her love for magazines began when as a teen, she started stealing her mother's magazines. Determined to see more women who look like her and her family members on the glossy covers of magazines, she was guided by seasoned editors and mentors to write for brands including Forbes, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, New York Magazine, BRIDES, Business Insider, and more. Her greatest satisfaction comes from uplifting small businesses and telling the stories of minority entrepreneurs.
